Cookie Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, tags) work the same way. We group them by purpose below. Section 2 explains which optional ones run before you choose and how to stop them.

2. Your choices

Everywhere, including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, statistics (Google Analytics) and Google advertising measurement (Google Ads) load with the page, and the banner tells you so. Press Decline at any time, or switch them off in Cookie settings, and we stop them, delete their cookies on our domain and remember your choice. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) loads only after you press Accept or switch Advertising on.

Microsoft Clarity, everywhere (including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland). To find out where our pages confuse visitors, Clarity records anonymous usage from your first page: scrolls, taps, clicks and the page layout. All text on the page and everything you type into forms is masked in your browser before anything is sent, so the recordings contain no names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or booking details. Unless you have accepted Analytics (or have not declined), Clarity runs without cookies. Decline (or switch Analytics off in Settings), or a Global Privacy Control signal, stops Clarity straight away, deletes its cookies on our domain and it does not load again.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, wherever you are. When you withdraw, we delete the cookies these tools set on our domain.

We follow Google Consent Mode v2: your choice for analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation is passed to Google with every tag. Google tags start as “granted” and switch to “denied” when you decline.

3. Essential (always on)

Needed to run the site, keep it secure and handle your enquiry or booking.

One more case: if you came from a Google ad that Google places outside the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Türkiye, our Google Ads tag could not run (for example it was blocked; never after Decline) and you send us an enquiry or booking request, we tell Google Ads that the ad click led to a request (click ID, time and our reference only; see the Privacy Policy, section 8).30 days

5. Advertising (optional)

We advertise on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Google Ads measurement runs until you decline and Meta only after you accept (section 2). These tools tell us which ads led to an enquiry or booking and let us show our tours again to people who visited our site (remarketing). When you send an enquiry or booking, we may also send Google (unless you declined) and Meta (only if you accepted) a one-way hashed (encrypted) version of your email address and phone number so they can match the conversion to an ad click. They do not receive your name, message or booking details in readable form, and we never sell your data.
