Before you book
Yes. Packages that fly between regions include the domestic flights and the airport transfers; international flights are not included.
A cave hotel in Cappadocia: Celestial Cave Hotel or similar, in a double room with breakfast.
You reserve with a 40% deposit by card (on trips with domestic flights, at least the cost of the flights). The balance is paid in cash on arrival, with 5% off the total.
Charges depend on how early you cancel: from the 25% administrative fee at 91 days or more before departure to 100% within 15 days.
A group tour shares the guide and vehicle with other travellers on a fixed route, so it costs less per person. A private tour is only your party, with your own guide and vehicle and flexible timing.
A driver collects you before dawn for a flight landing around 08:00; the return flight is around 20:00.
