We check your ship’s schedule and reply by email and WhatsApp with the tour, meeting point and the group total. The price per person is simply that total divided by your group.

There is no deposit and no card online. We confirm again 48 and 24 hours before the call, and the group pays the guide in cash on the day. If your ship skips the port, nobody pays anything.

Roll-call group questions
How many people can join one private group tour?
The form shows a group price for up to 20 travellers in one private booking, with the vehicle sized to your group. For a larger roll-call, send the total number anyway: we reply with a written proposal for the whole group, and nothing is booked until the organiser confirms it with us by email or WhatsApp.
How is the price split between roll-call members?
You receive one total for the private vehicle, guide and the inclusions listed on the tour page. The price per person is that total divided by the people travelling, so it falls as the group grows. How members settle between themselves is up to the group; the guide is paid in cash on the day.
What if some members cancel before the cruise?
Tell us the new number as soon as you know. Up to 24 hours before the tour, changing the number costs nothing and we send a new total for the new group size. Closer to the day the shore excursion cancellation policy applies, and if your ship skips the port, nobody pays anything.
